Committee Members
We are pleased to introduce our committee members for the academic year 2025-2026

Camilla Webster has joined JKS as the new Head of Pre-Prep. She moved from Suffolk with her family and both girls now attend JKS in Y3 and Y7. Alongside a love of education and early years, Camilla has a passion for indoor plants, design and her little dachshund.

I'm Charlyn, a proud parent of 2: Thayer (3yrs old) and my sweet 5 yr old Amelie, who is now navigating her way through Yr 1. Just like her, I'm on a mission to connect and thrive within this vibrant community. As an advocate for education and a strong believer in the power of collaboration, I'm excited to embark on this journey of parent involvement. I am excited to embark on this journey for another year, alongside an amazing team.

I’m Bela Mannings, and my daughter is currently in Year 3 at JKS. I joined the charity committee to help build a strong community for my child, her friends, and future generations of JKS pupils. Being part of this committee is a fantastic opportunity to organise events that bring people together while raising funds for local charities, and I’m honoured to be part of it and to be able to contribute to such a meaningful cause.

I’m a Chartered Management Accountant and Senior Accountant at the University of Kent, with experience across multiple sectors including work with His Majesty King Charles III’s charity. I’m passionate about supporting the FJKS community and fostering inclusive, enriching experiences for families. Outside work, I enjoy trekking, travelling, and nature—highlights include climbing Kilimanjaro. Our family loves mini golf and train adventures with our son.

Hi, I'm Lindy Zhang. My two sons joined this school in the spring of 2023. We've felt incredibly welcomed and supported by everyone here. The teachers and parents at this institution consistently demonstrate through their actions a commitment to fostering the personal growth of every student. I am honoured to be a member of the FJKS community and look forward to contributing to its continued success.

My daughters joined JKS in 202 and I have been deeply impressed by the professionalism of the teachers, their attention to detail, and their excellent communication with parents. I am truly honoured to be a part of the Friends Committee, working alongside and supporting other parents in this wonderful community.

I am Mary-Joyce Boateng and my daughter is in Yr 1 in the Pre-prep. I am humbled to be a member of the committee and I hope to be able to contribute by sharing my knowledge on safeguarding , diversity & inclusion issues, and to assist in organising any events by raising awareness to promote an equitable, inclusive and welcoming environment for all JKS pupils and their families.

I’m Cerise and we have been part of the Junior Kings family since 2021. I’m excited to be part of the committee, to do my part in helping to create an environment in which our children can thrive, to give them the best experience of school life and to organise events in which parents can socialise and support each other, have fun and raise money for our fantastic charities.

Hello! I’m probably the one with the hardest name to pronounce [free-duh-REE-kuh], which is because I’m originally from Germany. My husband, son and I moved to the UK in 2021 after living 10+ years in Switzerland, as well as in South Africa and Dubai. Our little family now consists of four, with our son in year 3 and our 3-year old daughter. We felt instantly welcomed in the school community and it’s true when they say friends become family when living abroad. I am really excited to contribute.

My name is Marouso and I have a daughter at the pre prep. From the very first moment the school has embraced our family and I am delighted to offer my help for this community. I am here to support the effort of FJKS and interested in introducing ideas for future events which will highlight the pupils' work and talents and will also be opportunities for learning for our children.
