Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir Description – Simpsons’ Classic Method Blanc de Noirs exemplifies English finesse and balance and is created from exclusively estate grown Pinot Noir Clone 115, grown in vineyards situated on the iconic chalk slopes of the North Downs of Kent. With a minimum of 26 months lees ageing, Flint Fields exudes complex sweet and savoury aromas. It displays classic red fruit and patisserie flavours, which lead to an intense lingering finish.

It is the essence of English taste and luxury. With a minimum of 15 months lees ageing, Canterbury Rose is delicately pink with a soft bouquet of rose petal and fresh strawberry sorbet. It has a wonderful texture, crisp berry flavours and a clean complex finish.
